Main Beach Couple at Sunset

When the sun goes down (or starts to rise), Main Beach is a pretty special place. If you're down on the sand at dawn on your own it's a magical experience, at sunset you can watch the lifeguards pack up for the day and the joggers run home. During the day Main Beach is a hive of activity with locals and visitors flocking to enjoy the safe swimming environment and open shore break in front of the Southport Surf Club.
