We are so excited to be hosting this FREE event for our community! Join us at Lighten Up Studio on the Sunday May 16th for a day all about wellness from the inside out.
The day will include workshop style Yoga and Pilates classes, sound healing meditation, and presentations from guests speakers covering topics such as sustainability and nutrition. On the day we will also be running an exclusive special on our membership price which includes a timetable of 31 Yoga, Barre and Pilates classes!
