Event Description

Once again, the Surfers Paradise Festival returns bigger and better than before. Celebrating Gold Coast music, art, food and culture, the festival will entertain, intrigue, dazzle and delight locals and visitors alike over four great weekends.

Enjoy the Street Parade on the opening night for a dazzling Lantern Parade bringing together school and community groups.

Bringing a Carnival theme to this year's celebration, there will be a number of Street Entertainment Championships held over the four weekends and featuring clowns, mimes, jugglers and dancers.

In the first weekend of April rockers can experience three days of national and international live music performances on Surfers Paradise Beach.

Live bands, vintage fashions and lively cultural expression will take to the street for the One Way Street Party on the 13th of April.

Foodies will love the A La Carte in the Park on Sunsay the 21st as wonderful food, wine and jazz combine to creat a relaxed picnic of some of the city's finest restaurants.

There's something for everyone over the four weeks of festivities so make sure you know what's on and where.
