Back to Events

Event Description

The Jamie's Ministry of Food Mobile Kitchen will be on the Gold Coast from Friday 11 January 2013. Jamie's Ministry of Food is about getting people cooking again by teaching them the basics: how to cook, how to shop, and how to enjoy food in a way that benefits not only individuals, but also their families.

Join us for a basic cooking course where you will learn to cook simple, healthy and tasty meals using fresh ingredients. We will share with you loads of Jamie's hints, tips and shortcuts.

Classes are held at the same time each week, for five weeks and run for 90 minutes. Each class has a maximum of 8 participants and is completely hands on so you get to see, smell, feel and taste everything that you cook!

The course is open to children 12 years and over and adults  who want to learn the basics of cooking and have fun in the kitchen!
