Christmas in Surfers Paradise

Event Description

The perfect place to celebrate Christmas is Surfers Paradise, with the beachfront precinct’s Christmas festival serving up seasonal fun – and great times – for one and all.

The family celebration brings Santa’s mailbox, a stunning light show, six white boomers and the big man himself to Surfers Paradise, along with Carols by Candlelight, Christmas pantomime and good cheer.

Leading up to Christmas Eve, the event centres on the Foreshore, where Santa Claus will set up shop alongside his sleigh and mailbox amid a spectacular ‘Christmas Storyland’ pantomime.

At the mailbox, kids are encouraged to send their Christmas wishes to Santa who, as Christmas Day nears, will hit the beach on board an IRB and proceed to collect his mail!

Roving performers and Gold Coast choirs will also perform carols, with gala Carols by Candlelight performances.

So bring the family or gather your friends and enjoy the spectacle and fun of balmy Christmas nights in paradise... Surfers Paradise.
