Celtic Thunder

Event Description

Having sold out venues across the country earlier this year, the world’s most popular Irish band Celtic Thunder have announced they will be returning to Australia in 2013 with a new and even bigger national tour.

Celtic Thunder will take their Australian fans on a journey through the varying styles of Celtic Music, from Traditional Irish Music and Classic Love songs to contemporary Irish songs.

“We were humbled by the overwhelming reaction to our shows in Australia earlier this year and can’t wait to return to see all our fans again and perform our new show.  This show will feature contemporary songs, powerful solos and will celebrate our heritage”, said Celtic Thunder's Keith Harkin.

Named number One World Album Artists by Billboard Magazine Book, Celtic Thunder have continued their rise to the top. This year they opened the Saint Patrick's Day Parade in New York City before jetting to Washington to perform a special concert at The White House for President Obama.

Now it’s Australia’s turn to fall in love with the Irish sensations of Celtic
