Gold Coast Tides & Tide Charts
Gold Coast Tide Times
It's always handy to know what the tides are doing, whether you are thinking of heading out for a walk on the beach or a day of fishing or diving. It's often nicer to walk on the beach at low tide as the sand is harder, and if you are heading out on a boat through the Gold Coast waterways, it's often easier to navigate at high tide.

Because of the Gold Coast's physical latitude, variations between high and low tide don't tend to be huge.
The Australian Bureau of Meteorology runs an Oceanographic Services Bureau which includes tide predictions for Queensland and the Gold Coast seaway is monitored as a 'secondary port'.
