Isle of Capri

Isle of Capri is a large island located on the Nerang River and acts as a bridge from Bundall to Surfers Paradise. It is a relaxed suburb that does not have the heavy mix of units seen in some neighbouring suburbs. It is a prestigious island that has many exclusive riverside Houses and many older homes that can be modernised for good resale.

The Surfers Paradise State School is located on the Isle of Capri. There are also quite a few schools in the surrounding areas.

There is a small shopping centre on Isle of Capri which inlcudes: a general store, real estate agency, bottleshop and a few small restaurants. There is also room for offices and a jetty and boat refuelling place on the water.
