Ever wondered what it's like to live at the top of the world's tallest residential tower? You wouldn't want to suffer from vertigo, that's for sure. A GoldCoastAustralia.com photographer had the chance to take a tour of the Q1 penthouse recently and snapped these pics from the 74th floor. It's high, way high (in fact it's four bedrooms are the highest in the world) and at first you don't even want to open the windows, but once your head gets used to the idea of being twice as high as all the other buildings (at least until the Soul development is finished), it's a pretty nice view. If you like the view enough to want to own it, it's for sale and Keys realty at Main Beach tell us the asking price is a cool $12,000,000 - making it the most expensive apartment in Queensland, and the second most expensive apartment in Australia (behind the boutique development La Corniche on Sydney's lower north shore, which sold for a reported $14.7 million). If that's not in your price range, you can always take a tour of the observation deck, which will only set you back $16.50.
