Tedder Avenue's restaurant strip is the best on the Gold Coast, by a long shot, Shuck (phone: 07 5528 4286) in particular offers perhaps the best seafood in Southeast Queensland and their fish and chips are to die for. No really, they wrap them in white paper and it's a truly mouth-melting experience. This photo is obviously not fish and chips, but you get the idea.
