Date: Sunday 14 August 2016

Time: Registration opens at 6:00am and closes at 6.40am

First run starts:   6.45am Sharp!

What is a ZOO RUN?

Simply a fun run, through a Zoo

Ok, it can also be a wildlife park, an animal sanctuary, an aquarium or animal theme park

Ok, you can also walk it (although usually the longer distances require at least some running)

Why would you run through a zoo?

To fundraise for wildlife conservation! We have raised thousands of dollars for wildlife conservation!

How much fun?

LOTS of fun! Even if running isn’t your favourite activity, this will be a fun event for you and your family.

Enjoy a fun festive atmosphere

Enjoy getting dressed up in crazy costumes (or just checking out the other dress-ups)

Win great prizes and give-aways from our awesome sponsors

You might even meet a celebrity or two (both human and animal celebrities!)

But my Family and Friends aren’t runners!

This is a great event for runners who have family and friends who haven’t yet joined the running movement.

Your family and friends can just be spectators, or join in the walk event.

As we don’t split up age groups, parents can run with their kids (a great way to enjoy the day with everyone in the family.)  In our past events we have lots of mums and dads run the 5km and then come back and run with the kids in the 2km.

And of course, a great family day at the zoo (or sanctuary etc) will follow your early morning fun run.

Ticket Price

Early Bird prices 5km Adult $45 Child $25 2km Adult $25 Child $20 (includes entry into Sea World for the day)
