The Currumbin oceanfront comes alive in September with the Swell Sculpture Festival - a must see if you are staying in the area! Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is just down the road and another must-visit if you are staying in the area.

Currumbin Creek winds it's way down from the mountains via Currumbin Valley, a beautiful little niche of green farmland interspersed with pockets of forest and natural bushland. A scenic drive up to the end of Currumbin Valley is a must. In summer make sure you stop at the Currumbin Rockpools - a series of natural spring fed deep pools, popular with locals.
